Make complexity usable, then make the solution reusable.

I’m a product designer at Microsoft with over eight years of experience across enterprise platforms and consumer products, including Electronic Arts.

I’m drawn to problems where the pieces exist but the connections are unclear: how security activity becomes cost, how teams interpret a shared view, or how a person moves from understanding a problem to taking action.

My work combines research, interaction design, and systems thinking. I use working prototypes and AI-assisted coding to inspect behavior, expose assumptions, and make cross-functional reviews concrete.

01 / FRAME THE PROBLEM

Find the model behind the interface.

In Perception, I connected customer-facing security activity to cost assumptions and planning.

02 / MAKE A DECISION

Use critique to change the work.

I translated feedback about inconsistent tool access into a clearer navigation model.

03 / DESIGN FOR REUSE

Keep behavior consistent as products differ.

Shared FinOps patterns support a broader system while allowing product-specific units, rates, and styling.

Always looking a little closer.

Outside work, you’ll find me hiking, snowboarding, taking photographs, or experimenting in the kitchen. I enjoy activities that reward close observation, patience, and a willingness to adjust as I go.
